Spring Cookie Decorating Class

Want to learn how to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing like a professional pastry chef? 

Join Pastry Chef Nicole Rodriguez, of Northside Social Falls Church, for an evening of instruction, sipping, and creation as she teaches you to artistically decorate a cookie from start to finish.   

Your ticket includes: provide 5 baked sugar cookies, royal icing in a variety of colors, your very own scribe tool to take home, tips from the expert, as well As a glass of wine or beer to enjoy as you decorate. 

Once you're finished, we will send you home with your fabulous creations safely boxed up and recipes for sugar cookies and royal icing for the next time you'd like to get your scribe out.

Fun fact: Nicole has been expertly decorating sugar cookies for almost a decade now after one introduction class in 2015 got her hooked.  She even had her own decorated sugar cookie business called Nicole's Bakery back home in the Dominican Republic!
